Baked Classic Hot Wings

Yesterday was Super Bowl but that does not mean today wouldn’t be just as good a day to eat hot wings! Frank’s Red Hot is bomb.com and you won’t have to stress about making hot wing sauce.

Anyone else doing Whole 30? Red Hot is compliant! Yep! Baked wings! Compliant sauce! Plus, DUMP RANCH!

I am usually a “I-can-only-eat-hot-wings-with-extra-blue-cheese” kind of girl, but I think I’ve had a change of heart. It was a super easy recipe to follow and hey, how many other times can you say you’ve made your own dressing!

Yummmm I just want to eat this all over again. Including eating my veggies and looking for excuses to keep eating the Dump Ranch.

The plate really illustrates what happens with hot wings.. a mess. Nothing stays clean.

If you aren’t making a mess eating hot wings, you aren’t eating them correctly. Dig in! Get messy!
