I definitely missed the calendar to know National Candy Day was last Friday, but that doesn’t mean I can’t partake in candy activities even though it’s Sunday. Any day can be candy day in my book. Especially M&M’s or anything peanut butter and chocolate. Well these monster M&M energy balls are made with both and make all of my taste buds so happy.

Energy balls are so easy to make and it took me less than 10 minutes to make these. Set them in the fridge and they get EVEN BETTER!

This is probably one of the easiest desserts I’ve ever made. I actually don’t really know how I feel categorizing this into dessert, I mean come on.. they’re energy balls.. which means we can eat them for breakfast amiright? There’s oats and peanut butter. That sounds like the way I want to start my day!

What I love about these Monster M&M energy balls aside from the fact that they’re delicious is that there’s no baking time! There isn’t anything crazy complicated to measure, either. Throw them thangs into the bowl, mix, form into the balls and they’re good to go!

I hope you enjoy these as much as I did! No matter if they’re your breakfast or your dessert. :-p
