I have had a few snack recipes on my blog recently and I will get back to appetizers, dinners, sides, and other goodness but it’s February! I can’t help but to think of Valentine’s Day and sweets. If you missed my last Valentine’s recipe for S’mores Covered Strawberries head on over to check that out!

This recipe for Valentine’s Day Popcorn doesn’t have sweet strawberries but it does have salty and buttery popcorn mixed with semi sweet and white chocolate. It’s definitely a sweet/salty combination you need in your life.

I had my first experience with dessert popcorn during a work meeting surprisingly. We would take turns contributing a snack and during this particular meeting, the volunteer brought popcorn, m&m’s, and other chocolate candies and toppings.

It was then I realized – dessert popcorn is totally acceptable.

I am not sure your plans for Valentine’s Day, whether you are more of a stay-at-home-and-celebrate person, or if you like to go out to dinner and be in the mix. What I like about this Valentine’s Day popcorn is that you can enjoy it no matter your plans!

To be honest, it doesn’t really have to be Valentine’s Day for me to eat dessert popcorn like this.

And you also don’t really need to have a Valentine’s date to enjoy it either. Just give me the ingredients and I’m totally in.
